Along with my weekly classes in Fribourg, every Thursday I teach an Intermediate class at the beautiful Yoga Luna. I’ve got an incredible group of students there that come to class ready to be challenged. I’ll be starting to post some of my sequences on my blog so you can continue to practice at home.
Here’s an intermediate level flow that opens the hips and hamstrings with some tricky transitions and peak postures (including Bound Half Moon). See the sequence.
I’ll stick to just the main sequence, so I hope it goes without saying that you’ll need to do a full warm up, cool down and, as always, enjoy a sweet Savasana at the end.
