There are various views in yoga about the use of music, but personally I love to practice with some background tunes. When I first started teaching I’d spend hours compiling playlists to compliment my classes, whether it was something slow and soft, or something more dynamic and energising.
This is one I’ve been teaching to for the past couple of weeks. It’s for a 75(ish) minute dynamic flow with some extra buffer songs before and after so the studio has sound the whole time.
