I struggle to think of any sport or activity that yoga doesn’t benefit, but this week I’ve designed a shoulder stretching sequence specifically for my rock climbing students. It includes a lot of shoulder mobility exercises and positions that target tension in the upper back.
Not so keen on climbing death defying cliffs? You can still give it a go; it’s equally beneficial for someone who sits at a desk all day.
I’ve only included the main sequence, so I hope it goes without saying that you’ll need to do a full warm up, cool down and, as always, enjoy a sweet Savasana at the end.
