For mains: Autumnal quinoa salad with roasted vegetables and pomegranate.
Finishing with: A raspberry and chocolate chia pudding.
Make Sunday a self-care day. Enjoy a gentle 90 minute yoga practice designed to stretch out your body, wriggle away any tension and relax your mind. Afterwards, indulge yourself with a homemade three course vegan brunch.
